Game Trailer and Inflatable Policies

Event booking / Event deposit / Event payments

  • All events will have to pay a deposit of half of total booking cost

    • Schools, Businesses, Churches or large organizations may use a P.O. for deposit​

  • Desposit will be used to secure date and time of event 

  • Deposit will be deducted from total amount of event cost

  • Remaining balance for event will be due before event starts

  • Guest will receive an email with confirmation of booking and invoice for final amount due

  • When making a deposit you agree to all terms and conditions of Pull Up Mobile Entertainment

  • No personal checks accepted

  • Credit card payment may take up to 3 - 5 business days to reflect on your account

Cancelation Policy:

  • All cancelation request have to be sent to: info@pullupmobileentertainment.com

  • Canceled 21 days or more before event - $100.00 refund of deposit or reschedule event

  • Canceled 20 - 10 days before event - $50.00 refund of deposit or reschedule event

  • Canceled 9 days or less before event - NO REFUND of deposit, no reschedule 

  • Reschedule events are based on availability and must be rescheduled within 30 days of original event

  • If unforseen circumstances happen and Pull Up Mobile Entertainment is not able to make it to your scheduled event, a full refund will be given and discount offer for future booking.

Bad Weather during event:

​If bad weather affects your event while event is being held

  • partial refund of total event cost or reschedule event if bad weather within first hour of event

  • No refund or reschedule if bad weather happens in last 30 minutes of event

​

TRAVEL SURCHARGE: Our primary service area is a 30-mile radius from Belleville,IL. We also service areas outside our primary area but must add a fuel surcharge fee when we travel to the areas outside of our primary 30-mile radius from Belleville, IL .

BAD WEATHER: Pull Up Mobile Entertainment trailer was designed for all types of weather conditions. The trailer is insulated and climate-controlled with heat and air conditioning. There may be occasions when the weather creates a safety issue with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding, and/or extremely heavy rains, snow, or ice) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff, and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated snow storm, tornado, or hurricane) please contact us to begin the rescheduling.

SUPERVISED CHILDREN: Pull Up Mobile Entertainment does require a parent or responsible adult to be present inside or just outside of the trailer at all times. Guests 16 and over require a parent or guardian to be on the property and within contact of the Event Leader should a need to contact them arise. Contact information has to be shared with Event Leader before party or events start. For the safety of your children 6 and under, are not allowed inside the Game Trailer. This will allow the Event Leader to focus on giving the players the best attention he/she can.

ALCOHOL/DRUGS: You may serve alcohol at your event or party; however, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the gaming trailer or equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party or event immediately.

DAMAGE/INJURY: Pull Up Mobile Entertainment or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the trailer in a specific location. This includes both above grounds and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Pull Up Mobile Entertainment reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card or bill client for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of the same by the client’s guests. Pull Up Mobile Entertainment or its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

FOOD/DRINK: Pull Up Mobile Entertainment does not allow any food or drinks into the video game trailer. Please have your guests consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering.

PICTURES: While your party is in effect, the Event Leader may be taking pictures of the party from inside the trailer. You may be able to view these pictures on Pull Up Mobile Entertainment social media pages. If you do not want our Event Leader to take these pictures or posting them on the Social Media please notify us prior to the party, in writing. 

​

PARKING OUR TRUCK/TRAILER: When the truck pulls up, we will try to park in the most leveled & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party. Sometimes, we park on your neighborhood street, so you might want to let your neighbors know (in case they may object) or let us know if you have a preferred spot for us. We might also have to block a driveway.  We will not park in alleyways. The reason is there are too often low hanging tree branches and/or other debris that is damaging to our Trailer which diminishes the exterior product of your party. **Please keep in mind that our Event Leader will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property, or equipment. Our truck and trailer combination is very long and we will need a minimum of 45 feet of space to park. Additionally, our Event Leader will never disconnect the truck from the trailer at a party/event nor park off of a hardened surface.  Customer must be in compliance of all residental ordiance

CAN YOU PARK IN OUR DRIVEWAY: Our policy does not allow us to park in the driveway. Ultimately, it is up the the driver’s discretion when he/she arrives to your event as google maps or pictures only provide so much information. However, there my be exceptions.  To see if your driveway is an option please contact us to verify before reserving.

VIDEO GAME RATINGS: Pull Up Mobile Entertainment will not play any “M” rated or higher game in the video game trailer without a request from the client prior to the party/event or adult approval at the time of the event. If you wish to have an “M” rated game or higher at your party/event please contact us, indicating the game you prefer, or let the Event Leader know as soon as you can after he/she gets there. It is also recommended that all clients email us with their game requests.

PARK PARTIES: It is your, the customer’s, responsibility to obtain any and all required permits, and permission must be received from the park prior to arrival at the party. Customer must be in compliance of all permit rules.  Often parks will request a “Certificate of Insurance” or require to be listed as an “Additional Insured” on our insurance policy. If a Park requests a COI or Additional Insured please provide us the contact information and we will obtain the information and forward to you. Furthermore, if proper permits and requirements are not obtained when the trailer arrives, the party will be considered canceled and no refund (per refund policy) will be given.  Adequate space needs to be provided for game trailer or inflatable rental.  Pull Up Mobile Entertainment will not be responsible for ensuring space or customer compliance to park rules.  No refund will be given if event is interupted.

 

Game Trailer  - requires 45 feet of space

Mega Maze - requires 40 feet of space

Obstacle Course - requires 35 feet of space

Bounce House - requires 15 feet of space
